My problem is in my pivot table it shows some unwanted rows with some total (summation) values. You cant hide some part of the row and show others.If you want you can hide the whole column not visible to users.Talking about conditional formatting you can add colors to the condition you want to apply by going to the properties of that column,for example if sales dips below 5000 you can show tat by red colour and and 5000 to 10000 you can show it by blue color and so on. The Pivot Table view does not solve my problem as the number of records which I might get will be much more and that manual paging does not work very good.
